CenturyLink-Lumen Notice 10-22-2024

Yarrow Point Residents,

It has recently come to the the Town’s attention that Lumen (aka – CenturyLink) may have discontinued service to all Yarrow Point residents on 12/2/24 as they work to install fiber.

If you are paying for this company to provide telecommunication services, please check that you are actually receiving those services.

Attached is a letter some of our residents have received.  It provides the cutoff date applicable to the disconnect if/when you talk with customer service.

At this time, the Town is not aware of when service may be available in our area again.
