CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE FEE (YPMC 12.32)
The fee is equal to one percent (1%) of the value of the proposed project. It is charged for all demolition permits, site development permits, and building permits. The fee may be waived or reduced by the Town Engineer only in the event an applicant can document that construction materials will not be transported using town streets.
STREET DEPOSIT (RESOLUTION NO. 340)
If in the opinion of the Building Official a construction activity likely will result in damage or disrepair to the Town’s streets, roads, storm or surface water systems, the Building Official may require the applicant to pay a $3,750 deposit prior to permit issuance pursuant to YMPC Section 12.30.050(C). Funds may be used for any use listed in YMPC Section 12.30.050(B).
