CONSTRUCTION VEHICLE FEE (YPMC 12.32)
The fee is equal to one percent (1%) of the value of the proposed project. It is charged for all demolition permits, site development permits, and building permits. The fee may be waived or reduced by the Town Engineer only in the event an applicant can document that construction materials will not be transported using town streets.
STREET DEPOSIT (RESOLUTION NO. 337)
If in the opinion of the Building Official, a construction activity likely will result in damage or dirt or other debris on the streets, the applicant must pay a $3,750.00 deposit prior to permit issuance. Funds will be issued for any necessary street cleaning or repairs and the remaining amount refunded. The release of a Street Deposit fund can be applied for after 180 days after the date of final inspection by submitting to the Clerk a completed Deposit Release Form.
