Public Spaces

The Town offers the following public spaces:

Town Hall

4030 95th Ave NE.

This is your local government office where Town board meetings take place, Town operations, and where many community events are held.

Morningside Park (located behind Town Hall)

Residents can enjoy a sport court where the famous Points 4th of July Pickleball tournaments take place, a children's playground, and a large grassy lawn are to enjoy summer picnics and soccer games.

Hours:10:30 p.m. until 5:30 a.m. in the morning. During these hours it will be illegal for users to be in either Morningside Park or at Road End Beach.

Road End Beach

Located at the end of NE 47th St, Yarrow Point

A maintained beach area including a dock for spring and summer swimming activities. Please follow all signage!

42nd Street Launch Area

Located at the end of NE 42th St, Yarrow Point

This public launch site is the perfect place to gain public water access to launch kayaks and pattleboards. This area is an alternative area to Road End Beach that offers an off-leash area to dogs.

Sally's Alley

Located between 94th & 95th, Yarrow Point

Platted to be a street, Sally's Alley was never paved and serves as a public walking/biking path between 94th and 95th. It is named after Sally, a goat, who grazed there.

Wetherill Nature Preserve

Located between Hunts and Yarrow Point

The Wetherill Nature Preserve, located between Hunts and Yarrow Point, can be accessed from the bus stop via the SR 520 trail or the Points Loop Trail.
