Yarrow Point, (similar to Medina, Clyde Hill and Hunts Point), is declaring a Proclamation of Local Emergency as of March 16, 2020 as a precautionary measure. This is allowing Yarrow Point to be reimbursed by federal funding for incurred emergency expenses during the COVID-19 outbreak.
