Exhibit 2 –

  1. a) specifications on the boat lift installed addressing SMP Section 6.7(F), Boatlifts, Platform Lifts, and Boat Canopy Dimensional and Design Standards, and
  2. b) (not called out at hearing but needed to complete the record) specifications on proposed dock surfacing for the final project

Exhibit 3 – proposed language for additional condition(s) addressing debris that entered Lake Washington prior to issuance of stop work order including at a minimum the following: 1) proposed language re: testing of existing finish to determine whether the surface already sanded and allowed to enter the lake contained contaminants of concern, 2) proposed required process for notification of state agencies with jurisdiction (including at least DOE and WDFW) of the materials that entered the lake and whether clean up actions are required, 3) proposed timing of required testing and clean up (if any) actions in relation to required permitting for the work proposed in the SSDP.

All documents submitted pursuant to this post hearing schedule shall be made exhibits in the record and shall be forwarded to the hearing examiner via Mr. Wilcox.
