The Examiner requested a five business day extension on the decision issuance deadline, which at hearing the Applicant agreed to grant.

• The record is held open through 11/1 for public comment from members of the public who tried to join the virtual hearing but were unable to join/make comment for technology or access reasons.
• If there is no post-hearing comment, the record closes 11/1 and the 15 business day decision issuance period is 11/27 (due to the three legal holidays 11/10, 11/23, and 11/24).
• If there is post-hearing comment, Staff and Applicant are requested to submit written response by close of business on 11/3 to respond in writing for the record, the record closes on 11/3 and the 15-business day decision issuance deadline is 11/29.

In any case, the Examiner will make every effort to issue this decision before Thanksgiving.

EX 2 – HPA issued by WDFW on 10/16 to be submitted by Mr. Kushino via email to Mr. Wilcox asap, or not later than 11/3.

All documents submitted pursuant to this post hearing schedule shall be made exhibits in the record and shall be forwarded to the hearing examiner via Mr. Wilcox.
