Attention Residents:
The 94th Ave NE City of Bellevue Water Main Replacement Project could start as early as Monday, November 13, 2023. Their scope of work includes 3800-4700 94th Ave NE with tie-ins at NE 38th Street, NE 40th Street, and 92nd Ave NE. As part of this project they will be installing a new 8” ductile iron main and effectively abandoning the old asbestos concrete main. Once construction commences you will likely see construction vehicles in your area for 8-12 weeks and available parking in the right-of-way will be reduced. Please make an effort to park vehicles off the right-of-way during this time. Additionally, after the new ductile iron main is installed, the contractor and City of Bellevue will work through the process of tying in every individual water meter. Please watch your mailbox for additional information from the City of Bellevue about this project.
