Preliminary Budget Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby given that on October 14, 2025, the Town Council will hold a regular meeting at Town Hall at 4:00 PM. The agenda and public hearing notices for the 2026 Tax Levy & 2026 Preliminary Budget are attached.
**At this meeting, the following topics will be discussed:**
8.1 Critical Areas Ordinance
8.2 2026 Property Tax Levy
- Public hearing on revenue sources including possible increase in the tax levy
- Adopt Ordinance No. 773 increasing the regular levy commening January 1, 2026
8.3 Public Hearing on the 2026 Preliminary Budget – no action required
8.4 Personnel Committee
8.5 Verizon Lease Agreement
The Town of Yarrow Point has moved to hybrid Council meetings, both in-person at Town Hall and virtual online or by phone.
