Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Examiner of the Town of Yarrow Point will hold a Public Hearing at Yarrow Point Town Hall located at 4030 95th Ave NE on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 1:00pm to discuss and act upon an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (#19-8011) submitted by Kurt Roanhaus (Waterfront Construction, Inc.) on behalf of NED CLAPP, for property located at 4415 – 91 AVENUE NE, Yarrow Point, Washington, 98004.
The Applicant proposes to rebuild an existing 991 square foot pier; replace pier decking with light penetrating material; install new fascia; replace cap beams and stringers as needed; replace a boatlift; splice up to twenty three piles; install a new double jet-ski lift.
