This Saturday, August 30, Metro will launch their fall service change – adding more than 900 weekly bus trips to better serve Eastside communities, improving 2 line connections, and adding a pilot Metro Flex zone in Overlake.

This is the second phase of implementation of Metro’s East Link Connections network. Metro developed this network to improve transit connections throughout the Eastside as Link light rail service expands. It was created in collaboration with community through multiple phases of public outreach, Mobility Board and Partner Review Board participation, and input from community partners.
