Notice is hereby given that the Hearing Examiner of the Town of Yarrow Point will hold a Public Hearing to discuss and act upon an application for a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit (#19-8074) submitted by Evan Wehr (Eccodesign, Inc.) on behalf of Timothy Price, TTEE, for property located at 9001 NE 41 Street, Yarrow Point, Washington, 98004.

The Applicant proposes to replace an existing pier (748 square feet) with a new pier (652 square feet) through the following: remove 17 existing wood piles and drive 12 new steel piles for the pier reconfiguration; remove an existing boat cover (629 square feet); install 39 new fenders; deck the pier with ThruFlow grated decking with 42% open space; install a new float plane lift (96 square feet); install a new boat lift; plant native vegetation per the planting plan. 

Any person may submit comment on the applications to the Town Deputy Clerk at any time before the close of the Open Record Public Hearings to be held on February 11, 2020, starting at 10:00am by contacting the Town Deputy Clerk through the following means:
